  • 1/3lb sea scallops
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • sprinkle paprika


Step 1. Melt butter in a saucepan with crushed garlic. Add scallops and saute for about 2 minutes per side.
Step 2. Squeeze lemon juice on top of scallops, sprinkle with paprika and serve.
