  • 6 leaves chard (chopped)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (pressed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 5 cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Pepper powder ((crushed red pepper) to taste)

Directions

Step 1. Saute onion and garlic
Step 2. Add spices
Step 3. Add chard and braise
Step 4. Serve with quinoa or rice.
